La Raza ready to combat a wave of Hate.

The Senate democrats efforts to pass the immigration bill was sunk by a wave of Hate by America’s talk radio.  So says the National Council of La Raza.  In other words, the conservatives who wrote in to their Senators requesting the immigration bill be defeated was a wave of hate aimed at Hispanics.  In other words, Americans who demanded that the rule of law be followed, that general amnesty for any and all illegal aliens not be passed was a wave of hate.

“The nation’s largest Hispanic advocacy group says it must come up with a strategy to combat “a wave of hate” its leaders say came from talk radio’s efforts to sink the Senate’s immigration bill.”  It was an extraordinary impact in the Senate and they should not be comfortable with the Senate responding as they did.

Their solution: Start a campaign to mobilize and get Hispanics registered to vote.  They held a workshop to help legal permanent residents to begin the citizenship process.  More..

Meanwhile, Clinton and Obama spoke and addressed the Hispanic crowd at their convention in Miami Beach wooing and cajoling the bunch to large applause.

Obama:  “Find out how many senators appeared before an immigration rally last year. Who was talking the talk, and who walked the walk — because I walked,” Mr. Obama said at the National Council of La Raza’s annual convention in Miami Beach. “I didn’t run away from the issue, and I didn’t just talk about it in front of Latino audiences.”    More…

Clinton:  “Asked how her views of Hispanics have been shaped, the New York senator and former first lady recalled registering Hispanic voters in south Texas in 1972. ”

“It’s not so much reading a briefing book or being handed a policy paper that says this is what you should say when you’re in front of an audience of Latinos,” Clinton said. “It’s who you are and what you believe in.”   Clinton ended by bringing out a mariachi band and a cake to celebrate the birthday of one of her campaign chairs, former La Raza president Raul Yzaguirre.  More…

Meanwhile, the Senate rejected a resolution requiring a photo ID be presented when voting in a National election.  It was called the voter fraud amendment added to the student loan bill.   42-54 and guess which party overwhelmingly voted against it.  You are right.  The Democrats.  Simple quiz for any government educated American.  Republicans?  Collins and Snowe of Maine, Murkowski of Alaska,  and Sununu of New Hampshire.   Obama did not vote.  More…

Voter fraud?  No way. It’s just not happening is it?  There was not any voter fraud cited in the presidential election of 2004 or 2000 was there?   No, everybody was honest and did not cry foul, or racial profiling or any of that stuff.  Now we are getting ready for another very important election and the democrats do not want to prevent, or to hold at bay the voter fraud possibilities before the election.   No.

Out of the Dallas Morning News comes this story of noncitizens voting in a local election.  “The names of 330 noncitizens on the voter rolls were reported by Bexar County Elections Administrator Jacque Callanen.  Those named had received jury duty summonses but told the court they weren’t eligible to serve because they were not U.S. citizens.”   Gee, how convenient.

The strategy of the democrats is to get the Hispanic vote in mass, somehow, hook or crook, pushing for allowing illegal aliens to vote in the names of their citizened children.  It would only be fair.  Right?   And requiring American citizens to prove citizenship before being allowed to vote by showing a personal photo ID’s.  That’s a crock.   How about drivers licenses?   Those are required to drive a vehicle on our streets.  Who needs one of those, it just might be considered a violation of your civil rights as the democrats use that argument against a national photo ID.  Me oh my.  Where is America heading?

It’s either a hate crime wave or it’s profiling.  Or intolerance.  Or bigotry.  Or profiling again, and if that don’t work cry hatred.   Conservative talk radio and listeners hate the Hispanics.  If this group would only listen long enough to the conservative side, then they would overwhelmingly vote republican.

But, the media and the democrats will somehow by hook or by crook see that does not happen.
